He is survived by: his fiancée Cindy Cato; his children, Jonathan Maksym (Sara), Thomas Maksym (Erin) and Allison Maksym; his grandchildren, Charlie Lewis and Justin Plonski; his stepdaughters, Kendra Cato (JC), Erica Bottomlee (Alec), Nicky Casada and Dreama Casada; his siblings, Paul Maksym (Debbie), Val Maksym and Ken Maksym (Joann); and his cousin Christine Bahidy.
