He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Oscar and Antoinette A. Oscar (Palumbo); his brother John A. Oscar; and his nephew Anthony Oscar. He is survived by: his wife Cyndi L. Oscar; his daughters, Angela Wolf (Ken Rodgers) and Stephanie Kuba (Edmund); his grandchildren, Chrissy, Neal Jr., Meghan (Denis), Jacob, Shannon (Joe) and Benjamin (Ashley); his brothers, James Oscar (Gloria) and Clive "Peewee" Oscar (Betty); and his siblings-in-law, Marie Oscar, Karyn French, Mark Heath and Bryan French. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
