It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kurtis B. Wade Sr. (Andover, Ohio), who passed away on February 24, 2026, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Kurtis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kurtis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wade and Luella Wade; and his brothers, Rodger Leo and Robert LeLand (Bobby Lee). He is survived by: his wife Linda Bailey; his sons, Kurtis Jr. (Melissa) and Ian; and his siblings, Linda Klimko (Denny) of Florida, Karla Hines of Alabama, Bryan Wade (Karen) of Newton Falls and Kelly Van Kanegan (Bradley).
