He is survived by: his wife Linda Higgs; his children, Eric Higgs (Heather) and Kelly Gilpin (Dave); his grandchildren, Andrew, Rachel Ostavitz and Elaine Higgs; and his sister Maureen "Bunnie" Barnes (Brad).
