He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Watkins and Lelia Watkins (Summers); his brother Rodger Penland; and his daughter Tami. He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Watkins; and his daughters, Bridgette Lomax of Newton Falls, OH, Tracy Briggard (Carl) of Kinsman, OH, Donna Klatka (Stan) of Kinsman, OH and Stacey O'Connell (Marty) of Manchester, TN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
