He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Hering, Sr. and Helena (Jicha). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Hering (Reed); his children, Susan Hollingsworth of Big Fork, Bill Hering III (Michelle) of Middlefield and Emily Martin (Craig) of Burton; and his stepchildren, Monica Karr (Dusty) of Kinsman, Christopher Halstead of Girard and Kimberly Lix (Andrew) of Brunswick, Ohio. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren.
