She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Koons and Queen Isabella Koons (Knouse); her husband Samuel Thomas Ashford; her son Mike; her daughter-in-law Jenny Cole; and her brothers, Virgil and Bob Koons.
She is survived by: her children, Curt Cole (Kathy), Traci Alvarado (Keith), Trixie Huddleston (Mike), Tonia Rexrode (Robert) and Tom Ashford; and her pets, Nugget and Lilly. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
