She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thornsberry and Nora Thornsberry (Hall); and her siblings, Rosevelt "Wordy", Jim, Arlin, Don and Margie Thornsberry.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Hagelberger; her children, Beth Kovacs (Kenny) of Anna and John Hagelberger (Patti Webster) of Anna; her sister Ella Mae Michael of Greenville; her grandchildren, Hollie (Adam), Jake (Simone), Ben, Lauren and Faith; her great grandchild Samuel; and her niece Krista Meyer (Greg). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials to honor Ruth may be made to the Anna Community Branch Library.
