He was predeceased by: his parents, Ural Shook and Edith Shook (Grile); his wife Patricia Shook; and his brother Donnie Shook. He is survived by: his sons, Darrin Shook (Cindy) of Ansonia and Ryan Shook (Jennifer) of Laura, OH; his sister Diana Armstrong (Paul) of Colborne, ON; his grandchildren, Danielle Shook Haskell (Brent), Samantha Shook Young (Tyler), Matthew Shook (Bailey) and Camara Shook; his great grandchildren, Layla Young, Elnora Haskell and Reid Young; and his cousin Genie Clouse.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tribute Funeral Homes (1000 N Broadway St, Greenville, OH 45331). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Shook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ansonia Rescue or Ansonia Fire Department.
