He was predeceased by : his parents, Barbara Jean and Franklin Eugene Springer, Sr.. He is survived by : his pet Cedar Point; his children, Angel Steiner (Bryce), Katrina Beerbower (Nathan), Melissa Larry (Tommy), Holly Allen (Nathan), Corey Springer (Iris) and Lydian Springer (Brad Tilbury); and his siblings, Judy Walda, Penny Stephens (Dale) and Dennis Springer (Tina). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
