As we bid Judy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Judy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Schaffer and Margaret Schaffer (Miller); and her brother Bob Schaffer. She is survived by: her husband Bill Ranes of Antwerp; her children, Jerimie Dotson of Defiance, Joyce Snyder (Dan) of Bryan and Jody Swank of Hicksville; and her siblings, George Schaffer (Rhonda) of Hicksville, James Schaffer of Paulding, Chris Schaffer (Patty) of Paulding and Pam Spangler (Rick) of Bryan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
