She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Fulmer (Robeson) and Lemuel Fulmer; her siblings, Ilene Lanzer, Mary Scott and Kenneth Fulmer; and her great grandchild Jayden Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Fulmer and Kimberly Rebber (Mark); her sister Sharon Martinez; and her grandchildren, David Schroeder (Ali), Matt Schroeder (Andrea), Jennifer Adams (Christopher), Ryan Schroeder and Samantha Fulmer. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dooley Funeral Home (5761 OH-500, Payne, OH 45880). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
