He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Baum (Oberconz) and Dale Baum; and his sisters, Janet McCoy (Jim) and Ann Marie Holt (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Patty (Stephens); his children, Tammy Moore, Thomas Baum II, Wendell Gundy and Mathew Gundy; and his sisters, Carol Bircher (John) and Debbie McCoy (Steve). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, & 9 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Dooley Funeral Home (202 E River St, Antwerp, OH 45813). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
