She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Adkins of Wooster and Matthew Adkins of Messena, NY; her grandchildren, Darrian Adkins and Bill Campbell; her great grandchildren, Harlow Carpenter, Rhett Carpenter, Wrynn Flechler and Klyde Flechler; and her siblings, Kelley Arnold of Rogers, AR, Marty Clark of Saint Robers, MO, Trish Clark of Potsdam, NY and Barbie Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
