He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Hicks; and his brothers, Robert and Chris Hicks. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Hicks (Moser); his wife Alma Hicks; his daughters, Ashley Hoover (Matthew) and Lauren Lytle; his stepsons, Larry Yoder (Amanda), Daniel Yoder (Wanda) and Andrew Yoder Jr.; and his brother Gary Hicks. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
