She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nussbaum and Alice Nussbaum (Yungen); her husband Gerald F. Knapp; her brother Randy Nussbaum; and her stepson-in-law Wayne Maston.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Adams Merriman (Alan); her stepchildren, Susan Maston, Michael Knapp (Gloria), David Knapp (Melody Burleson) and Bette DeBose (Michael); her siblings, Nevin Nussbaum (Kathleen), Kathy Hile (Tom), Wes Nussbaum (Donna) and Robbie Cruise (Colin); and her sister-in-law Corienne Nussbaum. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Dalton Presbyterian Church (163 W Main St, Dalton, OH 44618). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
