He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle O. Watson and Arlene Watson (Coates); his wife Helen Watson (Ramsey); his son Christopher Watson; and his siblings, Martin, Kenneth Watson, Jean Hamilton and Rose Ludeman.
He is survived by: his sons, Doyle Watson (Kathy) of North Baltimore, Dwayne Watson (Jodi) of Burnsville, MN and James Watson (Christine) of Findlay.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Coldren-Crates Funeral Home (205 W Sandusky St, Findlay, OH 45840). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
