He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Beth Flora; his parents, Howard "Pat" Flora and Viola "Vi" Flora; his sisters, DeeDee Spille (Robert) and Patty Shafer; his parents-in-law, Russell and Clara Julien; his siblings-in-law, Ed Julien (Effie Mae), J. R. "Bud" Julien, Tom Julien (Doris), Anabel Gilbert (Giles), Twila and Rosalie Arnett (Dick); and his granddaughter Elysia Fair.
He is survived by: his children, Jody Fair, Jill Miller (Blair), Carrie Feitshans (Mike) and Brad Flora (Sherry); his grandchildren, Samantha Fair, Rachel Thomas (Connor), Hannah Fair (David Pater), Erin Taylor (Mark), Anna Bowen (Jake), Evan Miller (Mackenzie Armstrong), Nathan Feitshans (Robyn), Travis Feitshans (Haley), Trevor Fulton (Megan) and Emily Bautista (Joan); and his great grandchildren, Luke Taylor, George Bowen, Gavin, Parker Feitshans, Tucker and Andi Feitshans. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
