Larry Richard Welbaum Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Richard Welbaum of Arcanum, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Welbaum and Ethel Welbaum (Vance); his son Shawn Eugene Welbaum; and his sisters, Janet Miller, Norma Miller, Joyce Popp and Sharon Shaw.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Welbaum (Schmidt); and his daughter Amy Harmacek (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
