She is survived by: her son Terry Lewis. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Kreitzer Funeral Home (204 N Main St, Arcanum, OH 45304). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (233 W 3rd St, Greenville, OH 45331).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church or Ohio Hospice of Miami County.
