He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Whittaker and Pauline Whittaker; and his siblings, Marion Whittaker, Nevin Whittaker, Doris Anthony, Nancy Jones, Martha Lumpkin, Kay Anthony and Donald Whittaker.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Whittaker (Wogoman) of Arcanum; his children, Aaron Whittaker (Jodi) of Pleasant Hill, OH and Sarah Smith (Bryan) of Dublin, OH; his grandchildren, James Whittaker (Kaitlin Thomson), Andrew Whittaker and Sydney Smith; and his siblings, Roger Whittaker, Robert Whittaker, Darrell Whittaker, Jeanie Unger and Marceil Hecht. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tribute Funeral Homes (1000 N Broadway St, Greenville, OH 45331). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens (8677 OH-118, Greenville, OH 45331).
