She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Carpenter; and her siblings, Bill, James Easterling, Anita Harris, Bonnie Edmond, Emma Thomas and Yvonne McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Carpenter (Debbie), Rob Carpenter (Debbie) and Amy Jones (John); her grandchildren, Benjamin Carpenter (Johannah), Daniel Carpenter (Neesha), Jason Carpenter (Audrey), Jeremy Carpenter (Kendra), Shelby Jones and Hannah Jones; and her brother John Easterling. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
