He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Borger and Beverly Borger (Urich) of Greenville, Ohio.; his fiancée Dona Rice of Arcanum; his children, Valan Houlton (Seth) of Loveland, Vance Borger (Erin) of Yellow Springs, Ryan Borger (Payshence Lane) of Lynn, Macie Gillum of Trotwood, Hannah Gillum of Trotwood and Abbey Gillum of Kettering, Ohio; his grandchildren, Abbie, Grant, Nora, Rachael, Luke, Jacob, Ellie, Hope, Zander, Paxton, Linkin, Bentley, Carter, Elias, Aero and August; and his sister Kym Cost (Roger) of Greenville.
