She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Hart and Gladys Hart (James); and her husband Jacob Apple. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Lovett (Chris) of Arcanum and Robert Apple of Greenville; her grandchildren, Steve Lovett (Miranda), Ashley Asbury, Jamison Lovett (Ashley), Allan Lovett (Dani), Bryce Lovett (Ariel) and Jayce Lovett; and her brother James Hart (Helen) of Centerville. She is also survived by her 12 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to Ohio Hospice of Dayton.
