He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Billy Bush, Troy Bush (Kailee), Nick Bush, Shaylee Bush, Miranda Peterson (Austin) and Shannan Henry; his siblings, Deb Burton, Jay Bush (Peggy), Ray Bush (Brenda), David Bush (Nickie), Joyce Fitzgerald (Matt) and Biba Warner (Kris); his grandchildren, L. B., Brad of Ella, T. J. and Axl; and his mother-in-law Paulette Henry. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
