She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Barnes and Minnie Barnes (Darity); and her husband Joe Couts. She is survived by: her daughters, Angie (Buck McGee), Terry Witte, Shawn (Troy Najarian), Melony (Michael Carroll) and Michala (Brian Riegsecker); her brother John (Vicki Barnes); her grandchildren, Montana Carroll, Chelsey Washington, Brynne, Blake Bruner, Brylee Riegsecker, Codie Haskell and Billy Ray Wilson; her great grandchild Stella Bruner; and her caregivers, Denise Galbraith and Karol Garber. She is also survived by son great grandchildren.

Donations made in her honor will go to CHP Hospice.
