Beverly Arlene Bettison Obituary
We announce the death of Beverly Arlene Bettison of Archbold, Ohio, who passed away on September 18, 2026, at the age of 91. Beverly will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Beverly will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Beverly will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Beverly’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernal Schartzer and Audrey Schartzer (Moody); her sister Dawn Thornton; and her half-brother Roger Schartzer. She is survived by: her half-brother Bud Schartzer; Lori Lyons (James), Daniel Bettison (Bonnie), Lisa McFadden (Michael) and Lynda Suazo (Roberto). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Archbold United Methodist Church (401 Ditto St, Archbold, OH 43502). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Interim Hospice, or Fairlawn Haven.
