He is survived by: his siblings, David Smith (Holly), Kristal Stone (Ric Cutlip) and Eric Smith (Gail); his daughters, Jade and Kasey (Jennifer Smith); and his siblings' children, Heather Bartlett, Hope Smith, Erica Smith, Joshua Smith, Jared Stone, Jacob Stone and Alex Smith.
