He is survived by: his wife Sherry Penrod (Mack) of Archbold; his sons, Chad (Tatum) of Wauseon and Kyle (Heather) of North Lima; his siblings, Michael (Colleen) of Archbold, Scott of Defiance and Susan Stuckey (Greg) of Fayette; his sister-in-law Kathy Mack; and his grandchildren, Karli Eppard (Brian) of Perrysburg, Connar Penrod of Wauseon, Cassandra and Olivia Penrod of North Lima.
