He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Grubaugh and Enid Grubaugh (Core); his wife Janet K Shartzer; his children, Robert Lee, Marc Leroy, Michael Todd Grubaugh and Anne Louise Bullock; his grandchildren, Sarah Randall and Matthew Grubaugh; and his sister Esther Musshel.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Welch (Solomon); his son-in-law Doug Bullock (Sara); his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Noah Bullock; his great grandchildren, Ethan Randall, Emma Anthony (Alan), Gavin, Tristan, Connor, Hannah and Ian Grubaugh; and his siblings, Carole Kohn and Roger Grubaugh (Jane).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Napoleon Church of the Nazarene or the Fairlawn Retirement Community.
