She was predeceased by: her parents, Dot Shartzer and Pete Shartzer (Shafer); her children, Robert Lee, Marc Leroy, Michael Todd Grubaugh and Anne Louise Bullock; her grandchildren, Sarah Randall and Matthew Grubaugh; and her sister Joan Holmes.

She is survived by: her husband Leroy Grubaugh; her daughter Lisa Welch (Solomon) of Pettisville; her son-in-law Doug Bullock (Sara) of Napoleon; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Bullock of Napoleon, Jenna Grubaugh (Lane) of Liberty Center and Noah Bullock of Napoleon; and her great grandchildren, Gavin of Liberty Center, Tristan of Liberty Center, Connor of Liberty Center, Hannah of Liberty Center, Ian Grubaugh of Liberty Center, Ethan Randall of Perrysburg and Emma Anthony (Alan) of Scottsburg, IN..
