The world bids farewell to JoAnn Riegsecker (Archbold, Ohio), born in Morenci, Michigan, departing on August 2, 2025 at the age of 95. JoAnn leaves behind memories cherished by the community. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Loveland and Mabel Loveland (Todd); her husband Freeman Louis Riegsecker; her siblings, Luella Burch (Clare), Robert Loveland, Donald Loveland and Doris Galbraith (Eugene); and her granddaughter Amber Riegsecker.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Short (Duane), David (Karen), Steven (Linda), Kevin and Timothy (Mara); and also, Louis and Della Riegsecker (Stutzman). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fairlawn Chapel (407 E Lutz Rd, Archbold, OH 43502). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Pettisville Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (100 S West St, Stryker, OH 43557).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church of Stryker, Gideons International for Bibles, or the Archbold Community Library.
