He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Breidenbach and Hildagard Breidenbach; his son Jerome; his grandson Andy; and his daughter-in-law Cari.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Angela Zakon (Robert) of New Hampshire, Leonard Jr. "Chip" (Dawn) of Toledo and Lisa Breidenbach of North Carolina; and his grandsons, Zach, Nico, Matt, Aaron, John and Daniel.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Peter's Cemetery Fund, Fairlawn Haven, or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
