We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2025, at the age of 78, Samuel H Lauber of Archbold, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred J. "Fritz" Lauber and Thelma C. Lauber (Shibler); his wife Connie (Cottrell); and his siblings, Roger Lauber and Rosemary Short.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele Green (Rob) of Defiance; his grandchildren, Lacey, Tyson, Troy (Zoey), Max and Ruth; his great grandchildren, Delilah, Paislee and Fox; his siblings, Bonnie Lauber and Rollin Lauber; and his brother-in-law Merrill Short.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Martin's Lutheran Church (203 S Defiance St, Archbold, OH 43502). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at the Smith Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice or St. Martin's Lutheran Church.
