She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Klopfenstein and Orpha Klopfenstein (Fielitz); her husband Marv; and her sister Wynemia Waidelich (Leon). She is survived by: her children, Wanda (Bret Stopher), Wendell (Dawn), Marsha (Duane Dowdy) and Tammy (Al Riegsecker); Velda (Lowell Becker), Charles (Sharon) and Marilyn (Wayne Short). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

The family suggests that memorials be given to Mennonite Central Committee (MCC).
