He is survived by: his children, April Miller Turner (Shawn) of Madison, Chris Miller (Tina) of Sherwood and Nathaniel "Vinnie" Miller (Breanne) of Archbold; his grandchildren, Olivia, Makenzie, Alexis, Arianna and Christian; and his siblings, Craig (Lois), Merrill (Trish), Becky Kauffman (Randy), Eileen Nyce (Richard) and Elaine Winzeler (Brent).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be given to Defiance CHP In-Patient Hospice.
