She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Smith of Ashland, Debra Rollins (Mike) of Ashland, Teresa Holland of Ashland and Crystal Coffman (Rory Hales) of Ashland; her grandsons, Timothy, Jeremy Burkhalter, Mark Jr., Kevin and Todd Flint; and her close friends, Jerry Coffman and Mark Flint.
