Barbara A. Overholt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara A. Overholt of Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on December 12, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Shafer and Esther Shafer; and her sister Jane Foster (Tom). She is survived by: her husband Larry Overholt of Ashland; her daughters, Ann Shaffernocker (Dave) of Cooksville and Kim E. Teeple (John) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; her grandchildren, David Shaffernocker (Chandler), Tara Ingram (Lucas), Rachel Splawn (Caleb), Morgan DeSimone (Phoenix) and Zach Teeple (Brielle); and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Kennedy, Lorraine DeSimone and Indy Teeple. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ashland Brethren in Christ Church of Gentiva Hospice.
