He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clippinger and Virginia Smith Clippinger. He is survived by: his children, Alyson Clippinger of Ashland, Victoria Clippinger of Ashland, Robert Clippinger of Massachusetts and Michael Clippinger (Jessica) of Texas; his stepchildren, Ingrid Peterman (Dan) of Wellington and Leslie Mullins (Don) of Sullivan; and his siblings, Jeff Clippinger of Jeromesville and Jill Martie of Columbus. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
