She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rider and Ada Rider; her husband Norman R. Cooke; and her siblings, Evelyn Mayer, Bonnie Divins, Raymond and Dana Rider.
She is survived by: her children, Renee Burns of Ashland, Randi Bittle (Denny) of Ashland, Robert Cooke (Gayle Ashbaker) of Lexington and Richard Cooke (Debbie) of Ashland; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Welch (Joshua), Lauren Scott (Kevin), Leslie Siloy (Sean), Mindy Hendershot (Richard), Ryan Martin (Sandy), Bret Cooke (Nancy), Kim Oeken (Steve), Carey Cooke (Tanya) and Casey Cooke (Kelly). She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
