He is survived by: his children, Valerie Smith (Dennis) of Ashland and Kenneth Jennings (Elizabeth) of Illinois; and his siblings, Tom Jennings (Gloria) of Ashland, Darrel Jennings (Margie) of Polk, Darlene Payne of Ashland and Barbara Highman (Merle) of Colorado.
