It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carter Elvin Steel of Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Fulk-Steel. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Steel; his grandchildren, Kai and Kolton; his sister Garnet Hoover (Dave); his nieces, Amy Smith, Cyndi Lago, Susan Rorabaugh, Kathy Greenich, Crystal Browning and Logan Fahey; his nephew Jon Fulk (Chad Bright); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Fulk (Jim) and Kevin Bright (Nancy).
