She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Smith and Edna Fox Smith; and her husband Marion Frank. She is survived by: her sons, Forest Frank of Loudonville and Thomas Frank (Collette) of Salem; her grandchildren, Jennavieve Frank, Julia Frank and Landon Frank; and her brothers, Ronald (Suzanne), John Smith (Phyllis) of Encampment and Denny Smith of Ashland.
