She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Mundorf and Ruth Mundorf; her son Jeffory Scott Lash; and her siblings, Beverly Martin, Patricia Queer (Merle) and Kenneth Mundorf.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Lash of Ashland; her son Timothy Lash (Marsha) of Vanderbilt, Michigan; her daughter-in-law Mary Lash of Pensacola, Florida; her grandsons, Michael Lash (Darean) of Pensacola, T. Payne Lash (Mary) of Ashland and Garrett Lash of Elmira, Michigan; and her sister-in-law Kay Mundorf of Elyria. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
