He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Braden and Gladys Braden; and his sisters, Donna Speigle (Joe), Norma Smith (Jim) and Mary Ross (Don).

He is survived by: his wife Sue Braden of Ashland; his children, Stephanie Lamp (Randy) of Massillon, Kristi Tanner (Travis) of Centerville and Scott Braden of Ashland; his grandchildren, Stephen, Anna Drzik of Massillon, Keaton, Ewan, Cora Tanner of Centerville, Rylee Braden of Shreve, Zack Drzik of New Franklin, Randy Lamp (Jamie Fullen) of Massillon and Matthew Lamp of Massillon; and his great grandchildren, Vanessa and Charlotte Lamp of Massillon.
