It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell D. Echelberger of Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Clifford Echelberger and Thelma Hout Echelberger; and his brothers, Gene, Dale and Dick.

He is survived by: his wife Becky Smetzer Echelberger; his son Ryan Echelberger (Ashley); his grandchildren, Emma and Sawyer Echelberger of Jeromesville; and his daughter LeeAnn of Hayesville. He is also survived by several friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions – Ashland Senior Citizen Center or organization of individuals' choice.
