He is survived by: his significant other Joahann Thompson; his children, Keith Duncan (Mindy) of Hayesville and Kami Duncan of Interlachen, Florida; his grandchildren, Carey Gongwer of Mansfield, Caley Parobek of New York, Ashley Tippens (Michael) of Lexington and Justin Johnson of Ontario; and his sister-in-law Janice Duncan of Ashland.
