He is survived by: his fiancée Sally Ahlers of Ashland; his son Dave Lenahan (Patricia); his daughter-in-law Kimberly Lenahan; his grandchildren, Russell, Paul and David Lenahan; and his brother Francis Lenahan (Diana).

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to the Saint Edward Roman Catholic Church, 501 Cottage St, Ashland, OH 44805 or the Saint Vincent De Paul Society in Dave's memory.
