Dennis Cook Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis Cook of Ashland, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sturley Cook and Dorcus Cook (Hiner); his wife Diane Long; his brother Scott; and his nephews, Jake King and Grant Eggerton.
He is survived by: his sister Cathy King (Randy); his nieces, Brooke Cramer (Matt) and Paige Lamosek (Louis); his sister Cindey Jones; his siblings' children, Holly Eggerton and Kyle Cook (Ashley); his brother-in-law Dan Long (Amy); his nephews, Zach Long (Lindsay), Taylor Long and Evan (Kristi); his father-in-law Ken Long; Carter, Riggs, Paisley, Holden, Blakely, Rain, Emberlee, Brier, Gavin, Wade, Lawson, Maya and April.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Wellness and Community Center at Brethren Care Village (2130 Center St, Ashland, OH 44805).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hayesville-Vermillion Fire Department, 8 High Street.
