The memory of Donna G. Matteson of Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Habraken and Catherine Habraken; and her siblings, Rita Habraken, Mary Catherine Taylor (Wayne), Robert "Pete", Bill and Richard Habraken.
She is survived by: her son Kip Matteson (Beth) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Katie Bacon (Chris) of Perrysburg and Marc Matteson (Audrey) of Westerville; her great grandchild Reid Bacon of Perrysburg; her brother Jerry Habraken of Sevierville, Tennessee; and her sisters-in-law, Carole Habraken of Warren and Pat Habraken of Kent. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (501 Cottage St, Ashland, OH 44805). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Standing Rock Cemetery (1361 N Mantua St, Kent, OH 44240).
